The door drop kit includes brackets, cross bars, and reinforcement bars above the door of the Royal Victorian so that it drops down by up to 36 inches, though 20 inches or 24 inches is most common.

This allows for the greenhouse to be built upon a stem wall (knee wall) foundation. A stem wall provides a solid base to build upon, raises the peak height by whatever amount you choose, and is universally thought to add to the already beautiful aesthetics of the greenhouse.

PLEASE NOTE: Upgrading from the sliding door to a single or double hinged door is necessary when a door drop kit is used.

This kit includes the drop down door kit and (1) Single hinged door.

The (sliding door) won't work when the greenhouse is mounted on a wall. The kit provides all the hardware needed for a custom-sized door drop except the glass that goes above the door. The customer will supply the extra glass needed and this can be obtained with Exaco's assistance or from most local glass shops for around $100.00.

Optional Foundation Base Frame:
The foundation base frame should be used when mounting the greenhouse directly on top of the ground. It’s meant to be buried into the ground. The foundation frame is made of reinforced anodized aluminum for added durability and ensures the greenhouse sits square and level. Frame earth/soil anchor bars are included.

Included Flat Mount Base Kit:

If you plan on constructing your greenhouse on a concrete slab, wood or decking, the flat mount base kit with “L-Brackets” is included. Please review the installation manual for mounting instructions.

The Victorian Greenhouse is a premier greenhouse from Janssens of Belgium.

This classic Victorian Greenhouse provides the optimum environment for gardening year round while adding a stately presence to any backyard setting. Tempered 4mm glass with heavy-duty rubber seals secure the glass panes, providing better insulation. The black framework is made from heavy-duty, thick-gauge aluminum and will not bend, twist or crack.

The peak interior height of eight feet allows room for tall plants, and there is sufficient interior
space for the avid gardeners. The sliding door provides easy access and is designed for quick assembly.

Designed for harsh weather including wind, snow and rain! The greenhouse kit includes two roof vents and
